Thank you for trying our pilot digital banking experience. Many of you provided us with valuable feedback through surveys, and comments to our employees, on what you liked and felt could be improved. We have listened and are incorporating that feedback into a Refreshed Digital Banking Experience, for both desktop online banking and the mobile app, which will be launched to all members in early 2022.  

No action is required by you at this time. On launch day your online banking will automatically transition to this refreshed version of online banking and a new mobile app will be available to download.  Further information will be available in the coming weeks. In the meantime, you can continue to bank as you normally do.
