    Aldergrove Financial members will receive two bank statements for the month of March 2022. This change is related to the recent merger of Aldergrove Credit Union and G&F Financial Group. 

    You will receive:

    • Statement 1 – transactions for March 1 - 4, from Aldergrove Financial
    • Statement 2 – transactions for March 5 - 31, from G&F Financial Group

    This is a temporary change as we continue to integrate our two credit unions. Part of joining together as one credit union involves combining our services – from website, mobile app, online banking, to accounts. So, you’ll be seeing a lot more “G&F” as you’re doing your banking. Our transformation will continue with a new look for our credit union, which you can expect to see in the coming months.Once we launch our new look, your monthly statement will change again to reflect that.

    With the app, if you would like to use biometric login (using your face or fingerprint to open the app instead of typing your information), you will need to select "Remember me" before you login. This will then give you the option to edit your "Face/Touch ID" options in the settings menu.

    There are two ways to print your account transactions from your desktop computer or laptop.

    1. Use the print screen button on your keyboard.
    2. Use the print option on your internet browser. For example: in Chrome, click on the three dots at the top right of your browser window and then click Print, or, hold down the control (Ctrl) button on your keyboard and type ‘P’.
