Help us give $50,000 to our local communities! These charities were recommended by our employees. Now it’s your turn to help us promote and support the people and organizations around us who make our communities stronger.

Vote for your favourite charity! The charity with the most votes will receive $20,000; 2nd: $15,000; 3rd: $10,000; and $5,000 going to the 4th pick. Voting is open from December 3 – 13.

Flood relief - support for members

Our province and communities have faced many adversities over the past few months. Right now, amidst the devastation due to the recent flooding, our thoughts are with our members in the Fraser Valley and interior and we wish everyone safety. VPCU members vote YES to merger

December 2, 2021

We are pleased to share that V.P. Credit Union members have voted yes to merging with G&F. We will officially welcome their 3,400 members to our G&F family on January 1, 2022.

While it will take some time to integrate banking systems, we will strive to offer V.P. Credit Union members the same products and services that our members enjoy today.

Supporting Abbotsford families

We have donated $5,000 to the Abbotsford Child and Youth Committee (CYC), a network of people dedicated to healthier lives for children, youth and families. Among their many services, the CYC's Family Education Program helps parents learn how to raise their children in a healthy way, guides them through substance abuse issues and offers a play centre where parents have a safe, supportive space to interact with their children and talk with a counsellor.

Mount Lehman Credit Union members to vote on merger with G&F in December

Mount Lehman Credit Union and G&F have engaged in merger discussions. Working together to create scale to better serve members, employees and local communities will allow us to remain viable in the fast-evolving financial services space, where size is becoming more and more important. Mount Lehman Credit Union members will vote on the merger from November 30 to December 21, 2021. If the vote is positive, we hope to merge in early 2022.
