Mary Lynn Baker joined our credit union as Chief Information Officer in August 2021, following the successful merger with Aldergrove Credit Union.
Mary Lynn began her career in the financial services industry at Aldergrove Credit Union in 1996 and has held various roles and responsibilities over the years.
Mary Lynn is responsible for leading the management and execution of the credit union’s network, security, and operational systems. She develops strategies to foster organizational efficiencies; innovation and creativity in the planning, design and implementation of operational processes and procedures; as well as technology standards and solutions, ensuring initiatives and procedures related to the delivery of these services strategically align with the credit union objectives.

As a lifelong learner and change-agent, Mary Lynn believes that the most valuable lessons in her professional career have come from a combination of experience, collaboration within the credit union system, and research. Above all, Mary Lynn believes that service to members, employees and our community comes first.
