Credit card changes

On January 1, 2018, G&F Financial Group moved its credit card services to the credit card provider, Collabria.

If you carry a G&F Financial Group MasterCard from CUETS Financial, you need to be aware of the following information.  

What has stayed the same?

You have the option to continue to use your CUETS MasterCard. If you do, you’ll need to make sure your address is current with CUETS so you can receive notices from them.

The terms of your agreement with CUETS will not change as a result of G&F’s move to a different provider.

If you’ve set up the payee, G&F MasterCard, in your bill payments, you’ll still be able to pay your CUETS bill online and in a G&F branch.

What has changed?

You will no longer see direct links to the CUETS or Choice Rewards site on G&F’s website. When you log onto the Choice Rewards site, you will no longer see G&F’s name or logo there.  

G&F no longer offers CUETS cards in our branches. We are not able to provide member service on your existing CUETS card. If you need assistance, please contact the CUETS toll-free customer assistance number: CUETS Financial Card Services 1-800-561-7849.

As noted, you can choose to continue to using your existing G&F MasterCard card issued by CUETS Financial.  If you have any questions regarding your current MasterCard, please contact CUETS via the phone number on the back of your card.
