Privacy Agreements

I consent to G&F Financial Group obtaining, verifying, or updating my credit information for the application process.

I consent to the Gulf and Fraser Fishermen's Credit Union, and its agents and representatives:

using my personal information to obtain and verify credit, employment, and residence information, and other information about me as permitted by law;
disclosing information about my credit history and other personal information to other financial institutions and credit reporting agencies in order to update my credit information and maintain the integrity of the credit reporting system; and
obtaining records containing credit information about me from any person or source from time to time, including other financial institutions and credit reporting agencies.

If there is more than 1 Applicant, I consent to the Financial Institution disclosing information about the Account as instructed by either/any 1 of the Applicants.

I consent to G&F Financial Group collecting, using and disclosing my personal information as described in the agreement below.

Full Agreement

I consent to Gulf and Fraser Fishermen's Credit Union or its agents and representatives, collecting, using, and disclosing my personal information provided in connection with this Application or any previous or any new application for products or services, including applications for MemberCard(s) ® and/or Direct Services, or in connection with the operation of the Account, and any changes or additions to this information provided in the future, for the purposes of:

providing me, or a third party for whom I am acting, with Gulf and Fraser Fishermen's Credit Union products and services that I have applied for or may apply for in the future and providing information to suppliers of products and services to me or the Gulf and Fraser Fishermen's Credit Union in connection with providing these Credit Union products and services;
understanding my needs and determining the suitability of products and services for me; determining the eligibility for these products and services; providing information to me about other products and services and special promotions; enabling Gulf and Fraser Fishermen's Credit Union affiliates and other carefully selected organizations to provide information about products and services to me; analyzing my information for marketing purposes, including conducting surveys, developing and enhancing products and services, and ensuring high service standards;
establishing my identity, verifying information provided by me with third parties including my employer and other financial institutions, verifying information provided by third parties; administering the Account; and making sure my records are kept separate from others with the same name;
protecting me, a third party for whom I am acting, or the Gulf and Fraser Fishermen's Credit Union from error and fraud such as identity theft;
collecting a debt owed to the Gulf and Fraser Fishermen's Credit Union;
transferring or selling Gulf and Fraser Fishermen's Credit Union assets, such as in an acquisition, merger, loan syndication, securitization of loans, or sale of loans;
complying with legal requirements, including money laundering laws and regulations; and
sending me financial information, the Gulf and Fraser Fishermen's Credit Union newsletter, and information about Gulf and Fraser Fishermen's Credit Union activities or events.

I consent to G&F Financial Group sending commercial electronic messages to me for marketing purposes, including providing me with information about products and services and special promotions that may be of interest to me or sending research surveys, invitations, or newsletters to me.

I understand that I can withdraw my consent at any time by contacting G&F Financial Group, and that G&F Financial Group is collecting, using and disclosing my personal information for the above purposes in accordance with its Privacy Agreement.
